Call For Artists

Brite Winter is a non-profit, volunteer-run, winter, art and music festival. The 4th annual festival will take place on Saturday, February 16, 2013, in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio.

The running themes for Brite Winter Art Installations are the convergence of light, fire and ice with the ideas and values of the individual artists and organizations creating the installations.

In 2013 Brite Winter is working to create:

  • - Outdoor Light Sculptures
  • - Indoor Art Installations
  • - Outdoor Stage Installations
  • - Performance & Experiential Art
  • - Outdoor Games and Activities.

Please submit applications through the form above or email Emily Hornack at ehornack@britewinter.com no later than December 1, 2012.  The Art Committee for Brite Winter will make decisions by January 1, 2013.

Members of the Art Committee for Brite Winter include Robin VanLear and Erin Nord of the Cleveland Museum of Art; Mark Inglis of the Cleveland Institute of Art; Aaron Erb of Dadada Media; and Scott Westover, curator of art for Progessive Insurance.
